(*): The main reason I want to be a commander on this server is because I enjoy being a leader and want to help this server grow. I also enjoy the 104th lore and what they do. Another reason is if the commanders are not good on a server bad things tend to happen and I want to make sure those things do not happen. I also enjoy setting things up and want to make sure the 104th troopers are well trained and are good clones! [/list] [list] [*]What would you do with the battalion? (*):The first thing I would do is make docs for the battalion so people in it know what to do. The next thing is I would recruit members and make sure those members are good from the start and only improve while they are in the 104th battalion. Then of those soldiers that I recruited I would give officer to those who I think deserve it the most and would do well at the position. Also if any thing is wrong I plan on trying to fix those and improve those errors as soon as possible to makes sure this server and more specifically the 104th succeeds. In conclusion I will do anything that needs to be done for 104th to succeed. I also respect all soldiers whether they are above or below me in rank. I'm also a pretty good strategist and that is the summary of my leadership style.
