(*): i want to become Commander because i feel like i could do a great job a recruiting people into 212th and get it off the ground. ive been Commander cody before on another server so i have the experience for 212th. I know how to run a bat as ive been in high officer spots and been Commander on different server's before. Im currently the only 212th member for the batallion so i figured i miss being a commander and what not so i decided to apply and yeah. im also very aware of the lore around 212th bat so i feel that can help alot with building up my bat. [/list]   [list] [*]What would you do with the battalion? (*): i wouldnt change anything with the bat i would keep it as close to lore as i can. i would add more jobs so instead of the 3 jobs 212th has jobs corresponding with what type of troopers were in lore such as pilot heavy arf and so on. I would continue doing what im doing and i would start holding tryouts for 212th as often as i am. [/list]   [list] [*]Briefly describe your leadership style (*): i can be a very fun laid back guy but when it comes down too it i can be very serious. i also take complaints about my bat and or troopers very seriously and will look into both sides of the story and decide what to do based off of what i got from both sides. i will hold simulations for my troops and leave them open for others to join so they can experience working with other troops around them. (*): the first reason why i feel i should be picked over other applicants is because i have the experience and know what running the 212th should look like. the second reason is because of my leadership style i can be laid back at times but i know when i have too be serious and lay down the rules and punishments. The third reason i feel i should be picked over other applicants is because as a commander and staff member i take any and all complaints seriously and try too be as unbiased as i can and get both sides of the story before making a decision about what to do.
